Begum Inayat Welfare Society was founded in 2012 by Dr. Amna Amber with a simple yet powerful belief: no orphan girl should feel alone, unsafe, or without opportunity.
What started as a small initiative in Model Town, Lahore has grown into a residential Girls Campus that is now home to 90 orphan girls, providing shelter, nutritious food, quality education, emotional support, and life skills.
Today, BIWS focuses on nurturing girls with compassion, discipline, and real-world skills, including computer education, digital skills, beautician training, stitching, and web and IT learning.

Dr. Amna Amber began BIWS in Model Town, Lahore with a clear purpose: to give orphan girls a safe, caring home.
The campus expanded its care capacity and strengthened schooling, tutoring, and daily academic support.
Vocational learning was introduced so older girls could begin building confidence and practical independence.
Computer and digital literacy sessions gave students more exposure to technology and modern learning tools.
BIWS grew into a home for 90 girls while improving campus routines, wellbeing support, and infrastructure.
New IT tracks and computer lab improvements continue preparing girls for a more self-reliant future.
Every stage of BIWS growth is centered on the same goal: a safer home, stronger education, and practical opportunities for every girl in care.

Every child deserves love, education, dignity, and the opportunity to succeed in life. This is the vision that drives BIWS every single day.
Begum Inayat Welfare Society was established in 2012 by Dr. Amna Amber with a simple yet powerful belief: no orphan girl should feel alone, unsafe, or without opportunity. What started as a small initiative has grown into a Girls Campus that is now home to 90 orphan girls.
Today, BIWS nurtures girls with compassion, discipline, and real-world skills, including computer education, digital skills, beautician training, stitching, and web and IT learning, so they can grow into confident and self-reliant women.
Our work at BIWS is a shared commitment, to give every girl not just shelter, but hope, skills, and the confidence to stand on her own.
As Vice President of BIWS, I work alongside our founder and dedicated team to ensure that every girl receives consistent care, quality education, and opportunities for personal growth. From daily campus operations to skill development programs, our focus remains on transparency, accountability, and lasting impact.
We invite donors, volunteers, and community partners to join us in this mission. Your support directly transforms lives, helping orphan girls become educated, skilled, and self-reliant members of society.
